I feel like I would be a good Captain because I know the game and I am not tied to many school activities that would interfere with practices. I play fair and don't get upset if there is a wrong call. And I know if someone does something that I didn't get right the first time I don't get jealous. It's better to support the people around you to progress further into the skill/play. These are the reasons I think I would make a good Captain.

This quote reminds me alot of us, the Nighthawks! Because we are a team, we encourage, help others, build each other up! That's what makes us a special team.

To be a leader! To help others! Inspire others! To make mistakes and learn from them! To become a better player and a better person! I think I would make a great team Captain because I love Softball! I love to help people, inspire people. I'm a positive person, a positive role model. I'm not just this way in softball. I'm this way both on and off the field. I am a responsible person. I want to help encourage people to be their best. I respect my teammates and my coaches. To support my team, motivate my teammates. And I will always enforce positive thinking.

I think I would be a good Captain because I have been on the team for a while, and I know most of the girls pretty well. I try to be at practice, and try to make it a fun environment. I love playing softball, and I hope you do, too.
I care about all the girls and coaches, and I hope everyone feels welcome and happy playing for this team. I also hope everyone is staying well right now.

I think that I would make a good Captain because I give good feedback to my teammates for what they could work on. I also think that I could be a good Captain because whenever I get frustrated I get upset in my head but not to my teammates. I am also positive when I make an error but also to my teammates that make an error as well.
Lastly, I think I would be a good Captain because I am always here for any of my teammates when they need it, especially for coach.
